EVENT-EXCLUSIVE UNITS
Sharkfang (event Mythic)
Fish up a Sharktooth Conch in Tidal Siege water pools (very rare), then use it. Evolves with the Sharktooth Necklace from the event shop.
Head Captain, Rainman, Water Mage
Pull from Summer Capsules (100 Sand Dollars each). Their evolution items are in the same event shop — buy them before the event ends.
Sovereign & Lightning God (Secrets)
Craft their Secret Portals from Tier 5 portal materials — see the portals section.
Kitsune & Jester
Kitsune is tied to the Kitsune Bingo event; Jester comes from Battlepass Season 2.
PORTALS — PATH TO THE SECRET UNITS
- 01Update 2.0 added a Portals mode with 4 new portals across five tiers of difficulty.
- 02Tier 5 portals drop Charged Dust and Djinn's Treasure — each at a reported 4% drop rate with a 25-run pity.
- 03Four copies of a Tier 5 material craft its Secret Portal at the Crafting Station: 4× Djinn's Treasure → Sovereign's Portal, 4× Charged Dust → Lightning God's Portal.
- 04HOST the Secret Portal and the Secret unit is guaranteed. JOIN someone else's and your chance drops to ~2% — always host your own.
- 05Clearing a Secret Portal can also award a Secret Unit Augment that raises difficulty, reward chances, and pity progress.
WAVE 150 — THE AUTO ROD ROUTE
- 01Enter Tidal Siege and pick Infinite mode.
- 02Survive to Wave 150 — expect multiple enemy paths and Storm Weather.
- 03The Auto Rod unlocks automatically in the fishing menu (no claim step).
- 04Equip it to skip the fishing minigame — ideal for farming Sharktooth Conch attempts.
BEFORE THE EVENT ENDS
- Summer Capsules, event shop items, and Sand Dollar sources are event-limited — they leave when Summer Siege ends.
- Buy the evolution items you need BEFORE the event ends; pulling the unit is the easy half, the shop items can't be back-filled later.

How do you get Sand Dollars in Anime Expeditions?
Sand Dollars come from clearing Tidal Siege waves (standard and Infinite mode), event quests and log-in rewards, and fishing — every catch pays some. They fund Summer Capsules, the Advanced Rod, and the new units' evolution items in the event shop.
How do you get Sovereign and Lightning God?
Both are Secret units locked behind Secret Portals. Farm Tier 5 portals for Djinn's Treasure (Sovereign) and Charged Dust (Lightning God) — a reported 4% drop each with a 25-run pity — then craft the portal with four copies at the Crafting Station. Host the portal yourself: hosting guarantees the unit, joining someone else's run is only about a 2% chance.
What is Wave 150 in Tidal Siege for?
Reaching Wave 150 in Tidal Siege Infinite mode unlocks the Auto Rod, the fishing rod that skips the minigame and auto-catches at double lure speed. It unlocks automatically in the fishing menu once you hit the wave.
Does Tidal Siege end?
Yes — it is the Update 2.0 [Summer Siege] limited event. Summer Capsules, the event shop, and its Sand Dollar sources leave when the event ends, so buy the evolution items you need while you are still farming.
